非对称结构锚杆钻机故障分析

摘要: 针对现用钻机由于采用非对称结构形式,导致多种故障发生,影响了设备的整体性能的问题。文章在详细介绍非对称结构锚杆钻机结构形式的基础上,阐述了长进给油缸结构偏载、短进给油缸结构偏载导致的各种故障,重点分析了这些故障产生的原因,提出了改进的方向和方法。其中重点介绍了长进给油缸结构偏载引起的故障包括:长进给油缸结构损坏,长进给油缸磨损加剧,耐磨条偏磨,导向不平稳|短进给油缸结构偏载引起的故障包括:短进给油缸活塞杆损坏,短进给油缸连接销损坏,短进给油缸密封和导向套磨损加剧,撑杆损坏,滑架与链条损坏。这些分析对深刻理解非对称结构锚杆钻机的结构和故障形式有一定意义,为锚杆钻机的结构改进提供了理论支撑。

Abstract: Roofbolter is equipped on kinds of bolt support equipments as an important working mechanism. Because the current roofbolter is asymmetric in structure, various faults occur. And stoppages degrade these equipments’ whole performance. The structure of the asymmetric roofbolter is introduced in detail. Various faults caused by long feed cylinder and short feed cylinder are all described respectively. The causes of the faults are analyzed specially. And the improvement direction and method is presented in the end. This essay is conductive to cognize the framework and fault form of asymmetric roofbolter, and it also can provide theoretical support to improve roofbolter’s structure in the future.
